Why do people sometimes act in unethical and undesirable ways, despite being good people who know right from wrong? Why do well-meaning, well-trained leaders fail at leadership? Psychologist and author Alison Fragale will discuss how power—the feeling of control--changes how individuals think, feel, and behave, for both better and worse, and the implications of this research for leading and living well.
