Exhibit Booth Pricing per 10x10 booth
- Early Pricing: $4,300 – if booked and payment received by June 30, 2025
- Regular Pricing: $4,900 – if booked and payment received after June 30, 2025
- Special Pricing: $4,000 – CSRS will select your booth location
Each 10x10 booth includes:
- Two complimentary Annual Meeting registrations, including scientific programming and breakfasts, breaks and a reception.
- A 6’ draped table, two chairs, a trash can and one ID sign.
- Your company description in the final program and mobile meeting app.
Booth Selection Timeline
- September 3 – All booths and sponsorships must be paid for priority selection process
- September 8-12 – Priority booth selection for sponsors, by sponsorship level
- September 15-19 – Booth selection for paid exhibitors according to receipt of payment date
- September 22 – CSRS selects booth location to any paid exhibitors that selected “CSRS Selects Booth Location”
- October – Exhibit hall floor plan released
- October – GES service kits emailed to all exhibitors

Exhibitor Portal
All accepted and paid exhibitors receive access to the CSRS exhibitor portal where the event planner can access all meeting tasks and view deadlines assigned to your company. Once you create your account, you will be able to do the following:
- Register complimentary staff.
- Review and complete your assigned tasks - Select "Tasks" in the left-hand navigation. Click "View" next to each task to manage it. Click "mark task complete" when finished.
- Update your profile - Select "Profile" in the left-hand navigation. Click “Options”, and then “Edit” profile. Upload a company logo, add a description, and update your contact information. Click “Save” when done.

Corporate Group Registrations
- Please do not use the group registration option to register your complimentary registrants. This must be done through the special link found in the exhibitor portal.
- Group registrations are due November 21.
Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled before or on June 30 – 20% cancellation fee
- If cancelled July 1 - September 2 – 80% cancellation fee
- After September 2 - No refunds
